Pricing for scaling and exit-readiness work

Our marketing plans and websites use HVAC.Agency's published prices. Sale and M&A advisory through Sedighi.ca is scoped separately, and we never charge a percentage of a sale price.

Monthly plans

Plan Price What it includes Fits a boiler company that…
Starter $2,998/month An SEO-built website with service pages, Google Business Profile and local search work, starter Google and Meta ad campaigns, a monthly report, and hosting with upkeep needs its assets owned and its basics documented before anything else
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation and a weekly report wants to grow recurring customers and build two or more years of clean, sourced history
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, adding video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and custom reports is scaling across several regions or brands, or preparing a detailed buyer-facing story

For exit readiness, the Growth plan is the most common fit, because CRM integration and review generation are the two tools that most directly build renewal records and an owner-independent reputation.

Websites

Package Price Scope
Essential $3,500 one-time Five to seven custom pages, live within two to three weeks, with $149/month afterwards for hosting and care
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10–15 pages in 3–4 weeks; $249/month then covers hosting, maintenance and CRO
Enterprise $12,500 one-time No limit on pages or locations, built in 4–6 weeks; full management then runs $449/month

Whatever the package, the domain, hosting account and content belong to your company. A website you don't own isn't an asset you can sell.

What drives your cost

Three things decide which plan fits:

  1. How scattered your assets are. A company with one domain and one Google profile needs far less recovery work than one with three old websites, duplicate listings and an ad account on a former manager's card.
  2. How much history needs rebuilding. Reconciling several years of calls, ads and jobs takes time; starting clean records from today takes much less.
  3. How many brands or regions you run. A single-town boiler company is simpler than a company with a separate boiler division or locations in two provinces.

A worked comparison: on the Growth plan, twelve months costs $53,976 before tax, or $56,674.80 at 5% GST (Ontario's 13% HST makes it $60,992.88). Over that year, the plan would typically cover asset recovery, a full heating season of renewal records, and a review profile that names your team. Whether that is worth it depends on your plans, which is why we start with a free trial rather than a contract.

What we don't charge for, and what we don't sell

  • We don't take a percentage of a sale price. Our fees are for marketing and consulting work, not transaction outcomes.
  • We don't sell valuations. We won't put a number on your company or quote multiples.
  • We don't bill for legal, tax or securities advice, because we don't give it. Your lawyer and accountant charge for those directly.

Sale and M&A advisory, if you reach that stage, is provided by Sedighi.ca and scoped separately, in writing.

How to choose

  • If you are three or more years from a sale, start with Starter, fix ownership and begin clean records.
  • If you are one to three years away, the Growth plan builds the history that matters most.
  • If you are scaling into new regions or running more than one brand, talk to us about Elite.

Not sure? Read the services overview or the three-year exit readiness timeline, then call, text or email us and we'll suggest a plan in writing.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate fee for the exit readiness review?

The readiness review is delivered as part of a marketing plan, starting with the 7-day free trial, which includes a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. We'll confirm in writing what your plan covers before you commit.

Do you take a success fee when we sell?

Boilers.Business does not charge a percentage of a sale price. If you engage Sedighi.ca for transaction advisory, its terms are scoped and agreed separately, in writing, before any work begins.

Can we cancel?

Yes. There is no lock-in. If the work isn't useful, you can stop, and the accounts and assets we've set up stay in your company's name.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and boiler owners add GST/HST at their province's rate (GST and QST in Quebec). Check the HVAC.Agency pricing page for the current published figures.
